JG Calendar is a scheduling platform that integrates with Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com, and JG Vacation calendar to simplify booking management. This Cancellation Policy outlines the guidelines and procedures for cancellations made through JG Calendar. By using JG Calendar, you agree to comply with this Cancellation Policy.
Cancellation Terms:
a. The cancellation terms and conditions may vary depending on the booking platform you used to make the reservation (Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com, JG Vacation calendar).
b. You must refer to the specific cancellation policy of the respective booking platform for detailed information regarding cancellations, refunds, and any associated fees.
c. JG Calendar serves as a centralized platform for managing bookings and may display the cancellation policies provided by the integrated platforms for your convenience.
Changes and Cancellations:
a. Changes or cancellations to bookings made through JG Calendar must be initiated and processed through the respective integrated booking platform.
b. JG Calendar provides synchronization features and real-time updates between the integrated platforms and JG Calendar, but it does not have the authority to process or enforce cancellations directly.
Refunds and Financial Transactions:
a. Refunds and financial transactions related to cancellations are subject to the policies and procedures set forth by the respective integrated booking platform.
b. JG Calendar does not process or control any financial transactions, including refunds, reimbursements, or chargebacks. Any issues related to refunds should be addressed directly with the respective booking platform unless it’s a subscription from JG Calendar or the transaction on the Marketplace.
Communication:
a. JG Calendar facilitates communication between cleaners and hosts, but it does not assume responsibility for any agreements or arrangements made between the parties.
b. All communication regarding cancellations, modifications, or disputes should be conducted through the integrated booking platform's messaging system.
Disputes:
a. Disputes arising from cancellations, refunds, or any booking-related issues should be resolved in accordance with the policies and procedures outlined by the respective integrated booking platform.
b. JG Calendar is not responsible for mediating or arbitrating disputes between cleaners and hosts.
Changes to the Cancellation Policy:
JG Calendar reserves the right to modify this Cancellation Policy at any time. The updated version will be posted on the platform, and your continued use of JG Calendar constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
Please note that JG Calendar's role is to facilitate booking management and provide synchronization services with integrated platforms. The specific cancellation policies and procedures for bookings are determined by the respective integrated booking platform. It is your responsibility to familiarize yourself with and adhere to the cancellation policies of the platform through which you made the reservation.
